Dr. Daniel Lorenzo is board certified in pain medicine and anesthesiology. He was born in Brooklyn, N.Y., and raised in Las Vegas, N.V. After his undergraduate studies at the University of Southern California and the University of Nevada, he completed medical school at the University of Nevada School of Medicine. Following an internship in internal medicine, he finished a residency in anesthesiology at West Virginia University. He then went on to complete a one-year fellowship in interventional pain medicine at the University of Pittsburgh.

Dr. Lorenzo spent the next three years in private practice in Las Vegas, N.V., where in 2007, he was awarded "Reader’s Choice Doctor of the Year" by Summerlin Magazine. He returned to Pennsylvania in 2010 with his wife and son. He has extensive training in the treatment of both chronic and acute pain via a contemporary, multidisciplinary approach and expertise in a wide variety of interventional techniques. His practice includes the use of minimally invasive procedures, physical therapeutic modalities and medication management in the treatment of chronic pain. He has special interest in the use of spinal cord stimulation and peripheral nerve stimulation in failed back syndrome.
