Dr. Grana is board certified in physical medicine and rehabilitation. He earned his medical degree from the University of Puerto Rico. He completed his internship and residency in physical medicine and rehabilitation at University Hospital in Puerto Rico. He completed a fellowship at the University of Washington. He is a former assistant professor at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas.
Dr. Grana has been practicing pain medicine and performing spinal injections for more than 20 years. He has special interest in advanced diagnosis and treatment of patients with chronic and post-traumatic pain. Dr. Grana takes a comprehensive approach in treating his patients, incorporating physical therapy and rehabilitation in order to improve function while reducing pain.
