Raphael Garcia is a certified Advanced Practice Registered Nurse through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. He earned his Master of Science in Nursing degree from the University of South Florida and brings over a decade of experience as a registered nurse.

Before joining Tampa Pain Relief Centers, Raphael gained extensive clinical expertise at Moffitt Cancer Center, where he delivered specialized perioperative care to patients undergoing surgical oncology procedures. His clinical focus encompassed a broad spectrum of subspecialties, including breast surgery, plastic and reconstructive surgery, cutaneous oncology, sarcoma, genitourinary and gynecological oncology surgeries.

Prior to joining Moffitt, Raphael cultivated a well-rounded surgical background through comprehensive experience in general, neuro, orthopedic, and vascular surgery. This diverse clinical foundation has equipped him with the ability to manage a wide range of surgical conditions with a high level of clinical judgment and multidisciplinary collaboration.

As a bilingual, Spanish-speaking provider, Raphael is committed to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care while ensuring effective communication and support for diverse patient populations.
