Kelly McCaleb, APRN-C

Kelly McCaleb is board certified through the American Nurses Credentialing Center as a Family Nurse Practitioner and has been practicing since 2017. She completed her undergraduate degree at the University of Phoenix. In 2017, she graduated cum laude from Herzing University with a degree in Master of Science in Nursing.

Duke Crane, MD

Dr. Duke Crane joins Florida Pain Institute with two decades of clinical experience in Pain Management and is dedicated, but not limited, to the treatment of spine-related pain.  He offers treatments such as epidural steroid injections, sacroiliac joint injections, radiofrequency ablation of the facet joints, spinal cord stimulation, and sympathetic blocks in addition to non-spinal procedures such as peripheral nerve blocks, joint injections and trigger point injections.

Penni Ostarly, APRN-C

Penni Ostarly is certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. She was born in England but grew up in Brevard County. Penni completed her undergraduate degrees at Eastern Florida State College and the University of Central Florida. In 2021, she graduated with her Master of Science in Nursing from South University. 

S. Kamal Fetouh, MD

Dr. S. Kamal Fetouh attended medical school at St. George’s University in Grenada. During his time at St. George’s, he had the opportunity to learn from different cultural groups all over the world. He completed his Hospital rotations in St. George’s, Grenada; Kingstown, St. Vincent and the Grenadines; Staffordshire, England; Dudley, England; Trenton, NJ including a prison ward, Pontiac MI; Detroit, MI.
