Dr. Pham is a pain management specialist who trained at some of the most renowned institutions in the country. After earning his medical degree from Thomas Jefferson University, he completed a residency in Anesthesiology at Emory University Hospital and then a multidisciplinary fellowship in Pain Medicine at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation. Utilizing a personalized and multimodal approach, Dr.

Dayna is board certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center as an advanced registered nurse practitioner (ARNP) – specializing in family care sing August of 2017. She obtained her Bachelors of Science in Nursing (BSN) from the University of Miami in 2014 and Masters of Science in Nursing (MSN) from the University of Miami in 2017.

Dayna has worked for Florida Hospital on the orthopedic progressive care unit as a registered nurse, where she began learning about pain management. She is also a member of Sigma Theta Tau International and the American Nurses Association.
