Victor is board certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (Nurse Practitioner).  He graduated Nursing in 2008 with an Associate of Science in Nursing then obtained his Bachelors of Science in Nursing in 2012, both from Florida Hospital College of Health Sciences.   In 2017 he obtained his Masters of Science in Nursing from South University.  His nursing background includes Critical Care Medicine specializing in ICU and general surgery.  

He currently provides treatment options for patients with chronic pain, as well as managing therapy for patients who have intrathecal pain pumps.
