Raphael Garcia is a certified Advanced Practice Registered Nurse through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. He earned his Master of Science in Nursing degree from the University of South Florida and brings over a decade of experience as a registered nurse.

Kimberly Ristau is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner with 16 years of experience in pain management. She received her Master of Science degree from the University of South Florida College of Nursing in 1994. She joined Tampa Pain Relief Center in September of 2008 and returned in September 2024. She is a member of the West Coast Council of Advanced Nursing Practice and the Association of Operating Room Nurses.
