Dr. Lubin is board certified in anesthesia, pain medicine, and preventive medicine. He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Pennsylvania, and a masters and Ph.D. in experimental psychology and behavioral neuroscience from City University of New York Graduate Center. There he specialized in the study of the neuroanatomic basis of pain and pain inhibition.

Mahin Sharifi is a board certified Physician Assistant with experience in Family medicine and pain management. She received her M.D. from Ahvaz University of Medical Science and Health Service in 1991. She has received her Master of Science in Physician Assistant in 2009 from Barry University in Miami, Florida. She has 5 years of experience in Pain Management at Grana Physical Medicine. She joined Tampa Pain Relief Center in August 2015. Mahin is a member of American Academy of Physician Assistant and the Florida Academy of Physician Assistant.

Dr. Grana is board certified in physical medicine and rehabilitation. He earned his medical degree from the University of Puerto Rico. He completed his internship and residency in physical medicine and rehabilitation at University Hospital in Puerto Rico. He completed a fellowship at the University of Washington. He is a former assistant professor at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas.

Dr. Rivera is board certified in anesthesia and pain medicine. After graduating cum laude from Central University of the Caribbean in Puerto Rico, he received his training in anesthesia at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas. He furthered his training by completing a fellowship in pain medicine at the University of Texas at San Antonio and has practiced pain medicine for more than 18 years.
