Mary Soscia, ARNP

Mary Soscia Lyons, born and raised in Sarasota, Fl has been with Surgery Partners since 2015. Mary received her nursing degree from Georgetown University. She graduated from the University of South Florida where she received her Advanded Practice Nursing degree. She has been practicing pain management since 2007.

Pearl Fox, MSN, APRN, FNP-BC

Pearl Fox is board certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center as an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) specializing in Family Medicine. 

She earned her Masters of Science in Nursing (MSN) from Florida Southern College and her Bachelors of Science in Nursing (BSN) from the University of Central Florida. 

She has an extensive background as a Registered Nurse in Critical Care, Progressive Care, and Interventional Radiology.

Penni Ostarly, APRN-C

Penni Ostarly is certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. She was born in England but grew up in Brevard County. Penni completed her undergraduate degrees at Eastern Florida State College and the University of Central Florida. In 2021, she graduated with her Master of Science in Nursing from South University. 

Dayna Vecchione MSN, ARNP, FNP-BC

Dayna is board certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center as an advanced registered nurse practitioner (ARNP) – specializing in family care sing August of 2017. She obtained her Bachelors of Science in Nursing (BSN) from the University of Miami in 2014 and Masters of Science in Nursing (MSN) from the University of Miami in 2017.

Dayna has worked for Florida Hospital on the orthopedic progressive care unit as a registered nurse, where she began learning about pain management. She is also a member of Sigma Theta Tau International and the American Nurses Association.

Kimberly Barry, MSN, ARNP

Kimberly Barry began her medical career in 1996 after completing her undergraduate degree as a Registered Nurse from Florida State College and then received her bachelors in nursing 1997 from the University of North Florida. After working as a Registered Nurse in a wide range in medicine, she returned to University of North Florida to completing her Master in Nursing as an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner in 2011. Her medical and clinical nursing included Neonatal ICU, Labor and delivery, home health, medical/surgical, recovery room and pain management.

Andy Wilson, MSN, ARNP

Andy Wilson is a board certified Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner. He received his Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Master of Science in Nursing from the University of North Florida. Prior to working at Riverside Pain Physicians, Andy worked at Emed Multispecialty Group in the field of primary care and interventional pain management. He also worked at Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville, Florida as a registered nurse in the field of neurology, neurosurgery, orthopedic, and medical-surgical.
