Daniel Lorenzo, MD

Dr. Daniel Lorenzo is board certified in pain medicine and anesthesiology. He was born in Brooklyn, N.Y., and raised in Las Vegas, N.V. After his undergraduate studies at the University of Southern California and the University of Nevada, he completed medical school at the University of Nevada School of Medicine. Following an internship in internal medicine, he finished a residency in anesthesiology at West Virginia University. He then went on to complete a one-year fellowship in interventional pain medicine at the University of Pittsburgh.

Michael J. Creamer, DO

Dr. Michael Creamer is Board Certified by the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation with a subspecialty certification in Spinal Cord Injury Medicine and Pain Medicine. In 1983, Dr. Creamer earned his Doctor of Osteopathy from the Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed his residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at Northwestern University. Dr. Creamer has received “Top Doctor” recognition in the December editions of Orlando Magazine 2002-2021.

Erick A. Grana, MD

Dr. Grana is Board Certified in physical medicine and rehabilitation. He earned his medical degree from the University of Puerto Rico. He completed his internship and residency in physical medicine and rehabilitation at University Hospital in Puerto Rico. He completed a fellowship at the University of Washington. He is a former assistant professor at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas.

Bruce Piszel, MD

Dr. Bruce Piszel has a background in physical medicine and rehabilitation. Dr. Piszel received his doctorate from Ross University School of Medicine and completed a fellowship in anesthesia and interventional pain management at Case Western Reserve University and University Hospitals of Cleveland.

Jose J. Rivera, MD

Dr. Rivera is Board Certified in anesthesia and pain medicine. After graduating cum laude from Central University of the Caribbean in Puerto Rico, he received his training in anesthesia at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas. He furthered his training by completing a fellowship in pain medicine at the University of Texas at San Antonio and has practiced pain medicine for more than 18 years.
