Dr. Duke Crane joins Florida Pain Institute with two decades of clinical experience in Pain Management and is dedicated, but not limited, to the treatment of spine-related pain. He offers treatments such as epidural steroid injections, sacroiliac joint injections, radiofrequency ablation of the facet joints, spinal cord stimulation, and sympathetic blocks in addition to non-spinal procedures such as peripheral nerve blocks, joint injections and trigger point injections.
Dr. Beric Berlioz is a board-certified anesthesiologist and fellowship-trained interventional pain physician in the Jacksonville area who is dedicated to the eradication of pain.
Dr. Linville grew up in the midwest and graduated from the University of Missouri. He then attended medical school at Kansas City University of Medicine, and completed his residency in physical medicine and rehabilitation at the University of Texas at Houston. He then worked at the University of Miami, specializing in interventional pain and regenerative medicine. He and his wife now call Jacksonville, Florida home, where he is an avid fisherman and Jaguar football fan.
Dr. Amitabh Goel has an extensive background in musculoskeletal medicine, having completed residency training in both orthopedics and physical medicine and rehabilitation. In addition, Dr. Goel has practiced as an interventional physiatrist for more than 15 years. Dr. Goel is board certified in physical medicine and rehabilitation with subspecialty certifications in pain medicine and neuromuscular medicine.
Dr. Kisha Thomas went to college at Grand Valley State University in Michigan, where she completed her pre-med studies. She earned her medical degree from the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health and then completed her residency and fellowship training at the Medical College of Wisconsin. She is an American Society of Anesthesiology and American Society of Interventional Pain Physicians. Dr.
Dr. Lubin is board certified in anesthesia, pain medicine, and preventive medicine. He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Pennsylvania, and a masters and Ph.D. in experimental psychology and behavioral neuroscience from City University of New York Graduate Center. There he specialized in the study of the neuroanatomic basis of pain and pain inhibition.
Dr. S. Kamal Fetouh attended medical school at St. George’s University in Grenada. During his time at St. George’s, he had the opportunity to learn from different cultural groups all over the world. He completed his Hospital rotations in St. George’s, Grenada; Kingstown, St. Vincent and the Grenadines; Staffordshire, England; Dudley, England; Trenton, NJ including a prison ward, Pontiac MI; Detroit, MI.
Nilusha Fernando is a fellowship-trained, interventional pain physician who is double board certified in physical medicine and rehabilitation with a subspecialty certification in pain medicine.
